I am 100% responsible for everything that happens in my life.

Here is some of the most important information. And it is certainly THE most important of all the information explaining how Ho'oponopono works.
Indeed, as we have seen, the Law of Attraction explains to us that we attract events in our life from our thoughts, our mood, our education, our personal culture, family, regional, national etc...

Well Ho'oponopono will go even further by saying that we ourselves (unconsciously) create our own reality.

Whenever something positive or negative happens in our life, it's because we created it.

This statement is not always easy to understand, even less to integrate and, even if I have already addressed the subject in theparagraph on the Law of Attraction, I will try to explain it as clearly as possible.

Our mind is made up of the subconscious (the Unihipili, the inner child), the conscious (the Uhane, the mother) and the superconscious (the Aumakua, the father) and our Divine part, the I. This set constitutes what is called our inner family (see the chapter on the articulation of the 4 levels of consciousness)

Over time, from our incarnations, by genealogical heritage, our subconscious has accumulated an incalculable number of memories, erroneous programs, conditioning, bad reflexes, etc. ... These memories, which are energies of non-love, we created them ourselves or, if they were imposed on us, we accepted them thinking we were doing the right thing.

What Ho'oponopono tells us is that, as long as we have not erased them, these memories will work and will systematically sabotage our projects and our actions, thus making our lives much more difficult and unpleasant.

This is the meaning of 100% responsible. We are responsible for our own sabotage.

Since I created these events it is therefore up to me to correct them.

These negative events are therefore in us, in our subconscious more precisely and, when an emotion allows us to identify a memory, we now know what we have to do: erase it with the 4 sentences.

1) My Unihipili (my inner child or my subconscious) I am sorry to have entrusted you with this memory of... (if possible quote the nature of this memory: anger, fear, sadness, jealousy, hatred, violence....)

2) Please forgive me, I didn't know

3) I thank you for transmitting this memory to our Aumakua (our supra conscious, our guide) so that it gives it back to the divine and that it is transmuted into perfect light.

4) I love you

I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you.

You can repeat this until you  you felt better.

The memory is now erased, in whole or in part. It is indeed possible that the memory manifests itself again. In this case, it will suffice to redo the process or, for large memories, to useMornah's prayer in 12 steps.
