Ho'oponopono doesn't work???

One of the remarks often heard is "I tried the four phrases of Ho'oponopono and it didn't work".

This is a comment that always surprises me because it worked immediately for me, my friends at the European Ho'oponopono Center and thousands of other people all over the world. So I don't see why it wouldn't work for some.

Thinking about it a bit more, I realized that even though the method had worked perfectly for me, I had still encountered a few failures. I therefore analyzed them and here is the result of these analyses, which can be broken down into four points.

1) "I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you." is not a mantra (see the chapter "What is Ho'oponopono"). The 4 sentences are even closer to a prayer and must therefore be pronounced internally but in conscience. That is to say, to be aware of the problem that we want to deal with and of the emotions that welet's feel.

We must therefore listen to our body, and say the 4 sentences  by addressing our inner child (it is the conscious, the mother, who is addressing the subconscious, the child) by knowing why the mother is sorry, what must she be forgiven for, why does she thank the child and finally she must really give him love.

This is the reason why I recommend to beginners to say the complete text (see the chapter "how to use the 4 sentences") which has the merit of being very clear on these points.

2) Do not have any particular expectation as to the result.

Whatever the situation that poses a problem for you, ie that creates unpleasant emotions in you, just do Ho'oponopono in conscience, without expecting a result.

The objective of the approach being to erase the memories contained in the subconscious, the main result is essentially a better being, an acceptance of the situation rather than its disappearance.

Clearly, if you are angry with yourself because you stupidly broke your arm, the result will more likely be an acceptance of the situation and a quicker return to calm than a miraculous recovery!

Which doesn't mean it won't happen, but it's not up to your ego to decide that, it's up to the divinity.

3) Ho'oponopono is not a magic wand either! In any case, you have to learn to use it and, especially at the beginning, you may encounter failures. But if you work consciously, state the full four sentences clearly AND persevere undeterred, there is bound to be a result. Can't you see it outside of you? So look within. When working on a problem with Ho'oponopono, there is necessarily a moment when you end up detaching yourself from the problem, accepting it and no longer considering it as a problem. This is probably the most interesting effect of cleaning, it is this inner work that allows us to detach ourselves from difficulties. When we are detached we are calmer, more serene and better able to receive an inspiration or an intuition that will change our life.

4) The lack of results in the practice of Ho'oponopono can also come from a difficulty in identifying or communicating with his "Inner Child", his "Unihipili".
So below is a recording I made a few years ago of a guided meditation that will allow you to connect with your inner child.
Use it to do Ho'oponopono on any problem or on your difficulty in contacting your Unihipili. This is a meditation I learned as part of my Ho'oponopono training and it has simply changed my life.

The quality of the recording is quite average but I hope it will be sufficient to allow you comfortable listening and above all a wonderful encounter with a part of yourself.

The previous four conditions are essential to succeed with Ho'oponopono but there is a "bulldozer" tool, a white tornado that cleans everything from floor to ceiling, it isMornah's 12 step prayer.

I will tell you about it a little later, for the moment let's study a little the link between Ho'oponopono and the Law of Attraction.
