Ho'oponopono is both a practice and an ancestral philosophy whose source is found in Hawaii but also throughout Polynesia.

The word Ho'oponopono could be translated as correcting, straightening out what is not correct.

Formerly practiced collectively by Hawaiian shamans (for more details see the chapter “what is ho’oponopono”), it was modernized and individualized in the 1970s by a shaman named Morrnah Simeona. She had many students including Dr. Hew Len who popularized this philosophy in the 2000s in the United States and then in Europe with the help of a businessman, successful writer, Joe Vitale in the book Zéro Limite.

We westerners have taken on the very nice mantra "I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you" to alleviate our emotional sores and it works. The success was dazzling and the reputation of Ho'oponopono was created on this basis. On the other hand, it would be a serious mistake to reduce Ho'oponopono to this mantra and a wellness gadget. It is both as simple as a mantra and much more complete.

Ho'oponopono is a tool for solving problems, of all the problems that we can encounter in our life (and much more). For this, he relies on the theory of memories (see more details on this site) memories that create all our problems and that we erase from our subconscious using the four sentences. Once our subconscious is cleared, the problems dissolve, as if by magic. And it works ! The results are stunning.

Ho'oponopono is also a process, a process of forgiveness which is based, in addition to the notion of memory, on seven principles.

  • Everything is inside. Everything exists in thought in our mind.

  • We are the creator of our physical universe as it is and therefore we can influence it by changing our thoughts.

  • Peace begins within us.

  • Physical reality is a creation of our thoughts.

  • A thought of resentment and anger will create a reality of resentment and anger.

  • If our thoughts are perfect, they create a just and benevolent reality.

  • We are therefore 100% responsible for our reality.

The Ho'oponopono philosophy teaches us that our mental structure is composed of several levels: the mother (the conscious self), the inner child (the subconscious) and the father (the superconscious). These three characters must live in harmony so that our life is pleasant and constitute what is called "the inner family of Ho'oponopono".

Know that contact with the inner child (Unihipili) is crucial and must be permanent: it is what allows us to free and rediscover our creativity, our joy, but also our desire to move forward and our energy in the broad sense. This is why it is important to clean our memory moment by moment, to raise our level of consciousness and discover the true being that we are (Unihipili).

In this way, our inner child will know that whenever a problem arises, we are ready to take full responsibility for what is happening to us and that we want to clear the memories that cause it. What is important is that by talking to our inner child, he will do this cleaning work himself.

You will find on this site all the elements necessary for the understanding and effective implementation of these four sentences, but also more complete tools (the complete prayer, the Morrnah prayer, the 12-step protocol of Morrnah …) which will allow you to solve all the problems you may encounter in your life, to take a step back, to find peace which leads to wisdom but also to awakening and then to ascension. I can also coach you or organize and animatetraining in Ho'oponopono.

As I write these last words, I am fully aware that I am treading on shaky ground.

Ho'oponopono is absolutely not dogmatic, it cannot be because it is in essence open to all that is, it is total acceptance, of events, of others, of oneself...

Ho'oponopono is compatible with all religious practices, but it opens doors that some religious people (regardless of their religion) refuse to open. Free to them. You are also free to open them or not.

The book by Dr. Hew Len and Joe Vitale is called Zero Limit. What does this title mean? Why did you choose it?

Indeed, it says a lot about the possibilities that Ho'oponopono offers us, the purpose of a title is to draw perspectives. Ho'oponopono therefore takes us to a state of being in which we would no longer have limits. Having no limit is a prospect that may seem maddening but it is also an excellent definition of the Divine, of God. Ho'oponopono allows us to reconnect with our soul, to become aware of our divinity, to awaken, to become the free creator of our universe. Just that !

So here is Ho’oponopono summarized in one page. If you have followed me so far, I will take this opportunity to quickly present the organization of the site:
- Level 1: It contains all the basic and concrete teachings allowing to practice Ho'oponopono daily and correctly.

- Level 2: As its name suggests, it is a deepening, it is therefore more centered on spirituality and its content may surprise an uninformed person. This deepening was made possible thanks to the channeling carried out by my friend Riad Zein. His abilities allow him to make contact with the "Spirits of Ho'oponopono" and gain their teachings on how to achieve the Zero Limit state. I consider them as teachings of the first order to significantly and constantly improve my state of being.

His publications are available on his Facebook page, his website and his books as well as on this site because they are at the origin of the articles made on the Pono and Sol Spirits.

I wish you an excellent reading and an excellent work on yourself with Ho'oponopono. Do not hesitate to leave me your comments both on the content and on the form, I will answer you with pleasure.
